Your new company
You will be working for a local contractor on behalf of a local authority, working inside tenanted and void properties on the reactive maintenance side of the business.
Your new role
You will be in charge and responsible for maintenance repairs to properties across the Yorkshire area, completing work such as patch plastering, doors/kitchen fitting and various other types of work which you must be able to be versatile in.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have had previous experience working for housing associations or in residential, domestic properties with references that are within the last 12 months, suitable NVQ or Diploma level qualifications will be required as well as a valid, clean driving licence.
