As a Junior Account Manager, you will be required to:
- Maintain and expand relationships with customer base.
- Manage around 100 to 200 customers.
- Understand clients' requirements.
- Identify and achieve sales upsell and cross-sell quotas.
- Meet retention objectives.
- Represent the entire range of company products and services to assigned customers.
- Lead the customer account planning cycle.
- Ensure assigned customers' needs and expectations are met.
Candidate:
- Proven experience in upselling and cross-selling within a B2B environment
- Strong track record working in a customer satisfaction role
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and coordinate efforts across various teams
