What you'll do:

The Technical Facilities/Buildings Manager will oversee all facilities management services, managing both hard and soft services operations in Reading. This role will be a high profile position and will include a significant amount of customer interaction and act as a central conduit for the client and their external stakeholders. A key focus of the role is to advise and consult with the client regards to planned moves, services and project works, including but not limited to O&M's, RAMS and H&S.

The Technical Facilities/Buildings Manager will need to take responsibility for the operational management of the FM delivery to ensure the required standards are met and achieved according to the contract service level agreements (including the management and supervision of all work carried out by subcontractors).

The Technical Facilities/Buildings Manager will need to have experience of delivering services to SFG20 standards and have a high level of technical experience and knowledge to ensure the site is fully compliant at all times. This role will also include delivery and management of small works, so experience of this is essential.
