Electrician
North London or Essex, various patches available
Full time, Permanent, Typical earnings £40-45k
We have an excellent opportunity for an Electrician who is needed to work full-time on a social housing contract based in Essex. The contract covers housing repairs and maintenance, experience in this field is essential. Weekly hours are 8am - 5pm.
As an Electrician, your main duties will include;
Domestic repairs and maintenance on social housing properties
Visiting properties making safe
Diagnosing electrical repairs
Fixing electrical faults
Salaries depend on experience and range from 36k to 40k with call out and overtime available.
18th Edition and Level 3 NVQ are minimum qualifications. You will also need a full UK driving licence.
- 40 Hours per week
- Hours 8AM - 5PM
- Working R&M ( Day 2 Day ) on PDA Device
- 22 days Annual leave increasing to 1 day each year until 25 Days
- Birthday Day off after 1 year
- Van and Fuel Card Supplied
- Weekend Out of Hours working Potential if the candidate requires it
