Part-Time PA to CEO/Office Manager

This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional PA to work alongside and with the CEO of a small, close-knit charity in Oxford for 20 hours per week. Responsible for managing the CEO's diary, meeting preparation, workload management, filing systems, data collection, some HR admin and more, this is a busy and varied role. You must be tech-savvy, organised and ready to roll up your sleeves!

Part-Time PA to CEO/Office Manager Responsibilities

As the Part-Time PA to CEO/Office Manager some of your duties will include:

  • Diary management, arrangement of meetings, preparation of necessary documentation, minute-taking.
  • Supporting and monitoring CEO's workload, prioritising deadlines
  • Managing an organised and efficient filing system
  • Coordinating and scheduling meetings and events with internal colleagues and stakeholders
  • Supporting the wider team with HR administration such as onboarding and updating employee records
  • Supporting the Head of Finance on compliance information.

Part-Time PA to CEO/Office Manager Experience

You will be able to demonstrate:

  • Experience of providing PA support to a Senior Executive
  • The ability to manage competing tasks and priorities within an ever-changing workload to determine which require immediate attention from the CEO
  • Organisation and the ability to focus and multitask to complete a wide variety of tasks
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Effective interpersonal skills to interact positively with all employees, colleagues, and stakeholders
  • Able to maintain a high standard of integrity and discretion in all professional, personnel and financial matters
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office including Outlook, Calendar, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • A bright, friendly, and positive manner, able to offer gentle guidance if required
  • HR administration and/or PA experience within the charity sector a bonus, but not essential

Location and Important Information

Our client's lovely office is based in Headington with free parking onsite and local public transport links.

The given salary above is the Full-time Equivalent (37.5 hours). Hours are 20 per week, and ideally will be worked over 4-5 days a week (with some flexibility). This is a permanent role to start ASAP.
