An exciting opportunity has become available for a bookkeeper to join a growing finance Lender based in Borehamwood. This role will involve assisting the Finance team in transaction recording, bank reconciliation, accounts payable and others. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a stable and rapidly growing financial service provider.
Main responsibilities:
- Record all transactions into CRM
- Reconcile Bank accounts in CRM
- Assess interest calculations generated by Power BI and approve and settle on CRM
- Check to see that the inputs into CRM are in agreement with the Loan agreement and the approve in CRM
- Record Extension and other fees when loans are amended / extended
- Ensure that the inputs of CRM for new Loans are in line with the Loan agreement
- Generate Redemption statements when requested
- Accounts Payable
- Management of Investor fund data base on Vantage
Requirements:
- Experience in payment processing
- Ability to meet deadlines and take ownership and responsibility for tasks.
- Strong intellect and a pragmatic approach.
- Good communication skills, both written and oral, and an ability to communicate credibly within a professional environment.
- An eye for detail and the ability to consider, investigate and raise wider issues.
- A desire to maintain a high quality of output at all times.
- Smart, professional manner and appearance.
- Positive attitude and approachable personality.
- Strong IT skills, in particular Microsoft Office.
- Ability to increase work rate when required.
- Knowledge of Sage, CRM & Vantage would be advantageous (but is not a necessity).
