Senior Residential Care Worker - Children's and Young People
Location: Dukinfield, SK16
Rate of Pay: £11.95 per hour (£60 extra sleep bonus)
Permanent: 40 hours per week (days / nights / sleeps)

Duties for the senior residential care worker:
- To act as a key worker to specific children and young people.
- Complete reports
- Escort young people in car or own vehicle when required
To work in accordance with the national minimum care standards
- promote structure, boundaries and domestic routines
Requirements below for the senior residential care worker:
- Children, young persons and families apprenticeship or equivalent qualification
- 2 years' Experience of working with young people in a residential setting
- Experience in working with Children with learning disabilities.
- Full UK driving license - willing to use own car as required (required business insurance pre induction shifts)
- Experience of supervising a team.
