What You'll Do:
- Set up and upgrade laptops to Windows 11
- Deploy and configure iPhones for employees
- Provide first-line support for devices and troubleshoot issues
- Collaborate with teams to ensure a smooth rollout
Experience needed:
- Laptop deployment and configuration with Windows 10/11
- Proficient with M365 and Intune
- Skilled in iPhone setup and management
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently
