Tonic are recruiting for a Sous Chef to join our client's food led, gastro pub in Staffordshire. The business is built on preparing and serving locally sourced ingredients with a menu that changes every 4-6 weeks. As Sous Chef you'll be involved in all areas of the kitchen operation with autonomy to introduce new ideas and dishes to the menu

Essential qualities for Sous Chef applicants to be considered:

  • 2 years of Sous or Junior Sous Chef experience within fresh food restaurants
  • A passion for ingredients, food trends and flavours
  • A friendly and professional in their approach, with a great attitude towards work
  • Is a real team player who enjoys motivating and developing others around them
  • Clear stable progression must be shown throughout your CV
