An organised team assistant is required to support a dynamic director and the sales team within the luxury property sector in West London.
Duties will include:
- Day to day administration
- Maintaining client portfolios, inputting enquiries, updating contacts and ensuring GDPR compliance
- Organising advertising, PR and marketing and social media support
- answer incoming calls
- preparing documentation
- diary management for the team
- expense management
Chosen candidate will need to have:
- strong organisation skills
- proactive team player
- organised with good exceptional communication skills
- multitasker
- proven team secretarial experience will be required minimum 3 years
