Role Overview:
As a Compliance Analyst you form part of this vibrant team, you will drive all aspects of the Compliance function with a focus on key areas such as Complaints Handling, Conduct Risk framework support, Delegated Underwriting approvals, Data Protection, and Financial Crime framework duties. Key responsibilities include:
- Ongoing review and updating of compliance policies and procedures
- Carry out monitoring reviews
- Participate in product oversight and governance work
- Developing compliance management information
- Collaborate cross-functionally in developing and overseeing the assurance process
- Embrace company values and help drive our strategic objectives
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience in a Compliance function for a regulated insurance entity.
- Ability to build and nurture internal and external relationships.
- Inquisitive nature with a passion for learning and a keen interest in developing a career in Compliance.
