Role Overview:

As a Compliance Analyst you form part of this vibrant team, you will drive all aspects of the Compliance function with a focus on key areas such as Complaints Handling, Conduct Risk framework support, Delegated Underwriting approvals, Data Protection, and Financial Crime framework duties. Key responsibilities include:

  • Ongoing review and updating of compliance policies and procedures
  • Carry out monitoring reviews
  • Participate in product oversight and governance work
  • Developing compliance management information
  • Collaborate cross-functionally in developing and overseeing the assurance process
  • Embrace company values and help drive our strategic objectives

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a Compliance function for a regulated insurance entity.
  • Ability to build and nurture internal and external relationships.
  • Inquisitive nature with a passion for learning and a keen interest in developing a career in Compliance.
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work autonomously and make decisions while enjoying collaborative initiatives.
  • Comfort with the latest technology.
