We are seeking Lettings Assistants to facilitate viewing appointments for student housing. This role is perfect for university students or recent graduates who are familiar with Southampton and have a basic understanding of student housing processes. Full training will be provided.
You must have a full, clean driving licence and access to a vehicle for this role.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Conduct property viewings with prospective tenants within the Southampton area.
- Work efficiently in pairs to manage time and ensure all scheduled viewings are completed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Current university student, recent graduate, or individual with knowledge/experience of student housing.
- Good knowledge of Southampton.
- Full, clean driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential for this role.
