Summary of the role

An exciting opportunity has come available for a Learning Partner to join the people function at Diligenta.

As a Learning Partner you will be responsible for the design, delivery and implementation of learning and development solutions that are aligned to Diligenta's business transformation and people strategy.

You will be working collaboratively with the transformation programme project leads, central talent, Learning and Development team and other key stakeholders to create scalable learning and development solutions to support transformational change.

This is a 12 month fixed term contract.

What you'll be doing

  • Partnering with the transformation programme project leads and Transformation OD lead to identify and target agreed priority focus areas for learning and development solutions that will facilitate positive change management experiences for our people at all levels.
  • Ensuring alignment between the transformation learning agenda and the central Talent, Learning and Development strategy to optimise colleague experience.
  • Designing and implementing scalable, sustainable learning and development solutions for transformation programmes, that deliver the skills required for our post-transformation operating context and ways of working e.g. matrix management.
  • Partnering with transformation programme Academy heads to drive best practice, consistency, quality assurance and alignment with the programme and corporate agendas.
  • Design and develop cost effective, multi modal learning and development solutions leveraging digital offerings and maximising use of the Apprenticeship Levy where appropriate.
  • Ensure risks are identified for all learning and development activity with the scope of this role and ensure appropriate mitigation controls put in place.
  • Develop excellent relationships with key stakeholders and 3rd party suppliers to partner effectively with them in order to create learning solutions which meet our strategic goals.

What we're looking for

  • Seasoned learning and development professional with experience of design, development and implementation of scalable, multi modal learning and development solutions.
  • Proven experience in leading L&D workstream for transformation programmes
  • Proven experience in creating high performing teams, enhancing organisational capability, and building a continuous learning culture across complex, regulated, multi-site client and customer led organisations.
  • Ability to work at both strategic and operational levels and has proven experience in creating and delivering leadership, and team learning and development programmes.
