SENIOR CUSTOMER DATA ANALYST - LONDON

THE COMPANY
I have partnered with a renowned British fintech on a key Senior Customer Data Analyst hire. This will involve segmenting audiences, running AB tests and conducting statistical analysis.
THE ROLE
The successful Senior Customer Data Analyst responsibilities will include:
- Utilise SQL to extract, manipulate, and analyse large datasets related to customer behaviour, acquisition channels, and engagement metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value
- Perform in-depth analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform marketing and product development strategies.
- Conduct A/B testing and provide statistical analysis to optimise customer segmentation and personalisation efforts
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
The successful Senior Customer Data Analyst will have the following skills and experience:
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, with a strong focus on analysing customer data.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation; familiarity with data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
- Experience with statistical analysis and A/B testing methodologies preferred
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex findings to non-technical stakeholders
