Graduate Controls Technician
Location: Bidford-on-Avon
Salary: Up to 30k DOE

Using the latest design technology we are focused on providing creative and cost-effective solutions for our customers. An opportunity has now arisen for a Junior Controls Technician to join our team.
As a Graduate Controls Technician, you should be calm, logical and have methodical approach to problem solving.
Your role will include:
- As a Graduate Controls Technician working closely with the technical team
- Modifying and creating wiring diagrams using AutoCAD/EPLAN
- Work with the design team to create electronic back plate drawings
- Prepare Bills of Materials
- Modifying existing PLC & HMI programs
- Production of user manuals
- Generate documentation packages for our customers
- Attention to detail is essential due to short manufacturing lead times
- Excellent inter-personal skills and the ability to build relationships quickly
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced exciting environment
- Perform other duties as assigned
Experience in the following areas will be a distinct advantage:
- Strong IT skills and confidence - MS Office and Excel, with database skills/usage an advantage
- Ability to read and understand electrical wiring diagrams
- Pneumatic circuits
