Sales Administrator
Monday - Friday 9 am - 5 pm
£25,000 per annum
I am currently representing a successful and growing medical manufacturing/distribution company. They are looking for a motivated and highly organised candidate to join their team as a sales administrator.
Duties:
- Provide administrative support to the sales department ensuring excellent customer service and smooth operations
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Be the first point of contact for customers and suppliers, deal with day-to-day enquiries including prices for items, stock availability, and order progress
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Process orders, entering orders, issue order confirmations, produce pick list and delivery notes
- Effectively communicate estimated time of arrival of goods to the customer, updating the customer, advising of any delays
- Process invoices and credit notes
- Prepare sales proposals and standard price list items
- Update prospect/customer information to the CRM system
- Creating and issuing standard technical documentation such as relevant certificates
