About the job:
- Bank reconciliations
- Reconciliation of monthly credit card statements
- Production of monthly statements to customers
- Credit control
- Producing, checking and raising sales invoices
- Creating applications for applying for payment certificate for contractor funds to be released
- Liaising with internal and external personnel to resolve queries
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Management of the monthly purchase order accruals
- Profitability to job and customer reporting and analysis
- Assistance with supplier payment runs and bank payments
- Updating and maintaining supplier and customer records
- Other general finance assistance as required

About You:
- Minimum of three years finance experience
- Thorough attention to detail / high level of accuracy
- Customer service skills
- Competent IT skills, particularly proficiency with Excel
- Good verbal and written communication skills
