- We are seeking a dynamic Global Innovation Manager to join this high-performing and passionate team.
Role:
- As Global Innovation Manager, you'll lead the charge in shaping and executing a cutting-edge Innovation Pipeline for the next 3-5 years, from sparking breakthrough ideas to full product launch.
- Drive high-impact projects through our dynamic Stage Gate process, taking them from early discovery to market success, while maintaining a relentless focus on innovation.
- Partner with our top-tier R&D team to bring visionary concepts and product extensions to life, pushing boundaries and expanding our portfolio.
- Play a pivotal role in our innovation planning, collaborating closely with commercial teams to deliver exciting, consumer-centric products that stand out in the market.
- Foster a culture of bold creativity and innovation, inspiring growth and fresh thinking throughout the business.
Ideal Candidate:
- Several years of hands-on experience in marketing, innovation strategy, or launching new brands within FMCG.
- Proven success in developing and executing launch, seed, and growth strategies, with global market experience being a plus.
- Exceptional project management abilities, with strong leadership and problem-solving skills; familiarity with Stage Gate processes is essential.
- Excellent communicator and storyteller, passionate about understanding consumer behavior and the "why" behind the "what."
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive, a passion for promoting ideas, and an insatiable curiosity.
