We are hiring for a Senior Lettings Consultant & a Lettings Consultant.

£18000-£22000 OTE £50000-£70000
Must haves:
- A minimum of 1-2 years Sales experience
- Previous experience at an Estate Agency
- Excellent organisational and decision making skills.
- A confident and professional telephone manner with a high level of attention to detail.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
What you'll be doing:
- Conducting viewings with prospective tenants
- Organising client details and paperwork, plus updating and maintaining the database
- Carrying out all administrative duties relating to Lettings Progression, such as referencing
- Liaise with all parties concerned on a regular basis, including tenants, landlords and ensure timely move-ins.
