This role, based in London, will involve providing comprehensive commercial, corporate, and regulatory legal advice and support to the team on a fixed term contract (FTC) basis for 9-12 months.

Description
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a wide range of (re)insurance related agreements
- Providinglegal advice to key stakeholders within the business
- Counselling business units on day-to-day legal issues and risk management
- A broad array of ad hoc legal advice, acting as point of contact for the organisation
Profile
The successful candidate will have:
- Qualified as a Solicitor in England & Wales
- Experience in the Financial Services industry, ideally in-house as Legal Counsel
- Excellent legal drafting skills
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Commercial awareness
Job Offer

- Base salary up to 65,000 GBP annual equivalent depending on candidate experience
