Invigorate Recruitment is looking to recruit a Customer Service Adviser to work for its client who are renowned for their award-winning customer service, their aim is to always offer the highest standard of service for every customer.
They are looking to welcome a new member to their small team of customer advisors, to deal with general customer enquiries and provide a 5* experience for their customers.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Day to day management of customer service, acting as first point of contact for any customer enquiries
- Promptly and efficiently answering in-coming calls, identifying customer requirements & initiating appropriate solutions in a timely manner
- Assisting customers with pre-sales enquiries
- Resolving post-sales issues and offering technical product support
- Arranging product service and repairs
- Ordering spare parts for our customers
- Maintaining the department's quality and customer service standards
Personal skills:
- Confident in dealing with inbound and outbound calls
- Clear written and verbal communication
- IT literate (knowledge of all office products)
- Knowledge of CRM system is preferred but not essential
- Excellent listening skills
- Positive attitude and commitment to helping customers
- Willingness to work as part of a friendly dynamic team
- Knowledge of word, excel and outlook

Hours of work:
37.5 hours per week
Monday - Friday, 9.00 - 17.30
