Trainee Property Administrator - Path to Property Manager

We're thrilled to present an opportunity to join a well-established, family-run property management and development company based in Broomhill, Sheffield.

We're looking for a proactive, customer-focused, and driven individual to support the property business. This role is ideal for someone enthusiastic about contributing to our growth and who is motivated to advance to a Property Manager position in the future.

The Role:

  • Answering phones and enquiries
  • Arranging and attending property viewings
  • Assisting with tenant and landlord inquiries.
  • Maintaining property records and documentation.
  • Processing rental applications and lease agreements.
  • Scheduling required maintenance work with relevant follow-ups
  • Key handovers
  • Dealing with any general tenant queries
  • Prepare all new tenancy documentation ensuring full compliance is met
  • Organising and managing office storage and filing
  • Further duties and responsibilities to suit the changing requirements of the business.

The ideal candidate:

  • An interest in the property would be desirable
  • Prior experience in customer service, administration, or a similar role is advantageous, though not essential for a trainee position.
  • A friendly and professional demeanour to handle tenant inquiries and issues effectively.
  • MS Office (Excel, Word), and general office equipment.
