Alexander Lloyd are delighted to be supporting a global, complex, matrix Professional Services organisation with the recruitment of an Employee Relations Advisor on a permanent basis.
As a specialist ER Advisor your primary responsibility will be to support the business with ER related activities, provide exceptional stakeholder management throughout the firm whilst also supporting on wider ER issues. This is an extremely fast-paced role so extensive knowledge with the Employee Relations space is essential.

Your background will ideally be linked to the Retail / Professional / Financial services sector. Several years performing as an ER/HR advisor with strong ER focus will be required to be successful in this position.
Key skills required
- 3+ years experience as a Generalist ER/HR Advisor
- Exceptional knowledge of ER and UK employment Law
- Ability to provide first class ER Advice and guidance
- Proven stakeholder management across all levels
- CIPD Qualified
- Experience within a fast paces complex matrix organisation essential
This role is based out of their London office and offers excellent hybrid working of around 1-2 days per week office based the rest from home.
The salary on offer is up to £47,000 DOE + benefits
