Job Title: Team Assistant
Location: Right on top of Liverpool Street! A 2 minute walk from the station!
Contract Details: Permanent, Full Time
Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 per annum
Start Date: In July! But can accommodate a notice period

Responsibilities:
As a Team Assistant, you will play an integral role in supporting our client's teams to operate efficiently. Your key responsibilities will include:
Receptionist:
- Open and close the office
- Greet guests and manage meeting room bookings
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and arrange couriers
- Assist the Office Manager and wider team with tasks and projects
- Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed
- Provide basic IT assistance
Team PA:
- Act as the first point of contact for correspondence and phone calls
- Manage diaries and schedule meetings and appointments
- Coordinate travel, transport, and accommodation arrangements
- Assist in organising events and conferences
- Maintain databases and online filing systems
- Provide administrative support to various teams
- Liaise with internal staff, suppliers, and third parties
- Manage expense reconciliation and filing
Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
- 2+ years of experience in a fast paced role
- Sense of urgency and adaptability
- Ability to work well in a team
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience as a SharePoint and Office 365 Administrator
Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
- Previous experience working in the financial services sector
- Strong problem-solving skills and self-sufficiency
Technologies:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially SharePoint and Office 365
