We're looking to recruit an Industrial Recruitment Consultant to join our RPO department and support our Industrial Team!

In this dynamic role, you'll specialize in recruiting industrial positions and matching right talent to right opportunities at the right time. Your strategic sourcing expertise will engage both active and passive markets, aiding top-tier delivery to our clients. As a subject matter expert, your industry understanding, and awareness of emerging trends will enable you to consult with clients and collaboratively work with our Business Development team to deliver outstanding results.

£25,000 - £30,000 + 20% quarterly bonus

What is a Perms Consultant Recruiter?

An Executive Talent Partner is a highly experienced recruiter who is confident working autonomously and managing/building strong and successful client relationships.

You'll be:

  • Managing the full recruitment cycle for your own job requisitions
  • Working directly with your client, building and maintaining excellent working relationships
  • Recruiting and sourcing for niche and industrial job roles
  • Providing market insight and expert guidance to candidates and clients
  • Planning and overseeing recruitment campaigns and projects
  • Flexible in your ability to work with multiple clients or across multiple verticals depending on the needs of the business

What are we looking for?

We're looking for experience recruiters who have an excellent track record of delivering results in a specialist field.

It's also essential that you:

  • Have demonstrable experience recruiting for various industries and strong negotiation skills
  • Have utilised multiple methods of direct sourcing and headhunting and having the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
  • Have a working knowledge of the industrial market and the ability to influence stakeholders
  • Are confident in your ability to manage stakeholder expectations and provide market insight as required
