A1 Personnel are currently recruiting for a Junior Logistics Admin Assistant to join our client's team in Basildon.
Responsibilities:
- Dealing with internal & external customers by phone & email
- Ensuring all company filing is completed and stored correctly
- Sort, scan, attach to FMS (Freight Management System) shipment details
- Source PODs (Proof of Deliveries) from suppliers websites
- Request PODs on request
- Meeting the individual needs of clients in regards for their demands on PODs
- Ensure that all company filing is in order & filed correctly
- Label filing accordingly & maintain relevant spreadsheet to ensure staff are able to locate documents when required
- Palletise filing and ensure it is stored correctly within the warehouse.
Requirements:
- Ideally 1 year working in an office environment / admin role
- No gaps longer than 28 days in work and education history over the past 5 years
- Excellent Attention to Detail is essential
- Good level of understanding and practical knowledge of Excel, Word and outlook
Working Hours:
- 09.00 - 17.30 (flexibility to work beyond will be required)
- Monday to Friday
- 1 hour lunch
Full training provided.
