Internal Sales Coordinator

Our client is a successful manufacturing business on the outskirts of Royston. Due to their continued growth, they are looking for an Internal Sales Coordinator to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Main duties will include:

  • Answering customer enquiries via phone and email
  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Booking appointments for the external sales team
  • Promoting new products via outbound calls and email
  • Providing technical advice on products
  • Answering queries quickly and efficiently
  • General sales administrative support

The successful candidate will have:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Previous diary management experience
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Good geographical knowledge of the UK
  • Enthusiastic team player
  • Calm and professional telephone manner
  • Good IT skills
