Sanctuary Personnel are looking for a Multi-Skilled Painter to work for Nottingham Community Housing Association.
This is a full-time locum role paying £11.44 - £14.11 per hour
Key Responsibilites:
- Safely erect and maintain access equipment; reporting any defects to the Team Manager- Painting and ensuring services are compliant with relevant legislation and regulations.
- Manage stock/supplies to ensure works are not delayed.
- Ensure documentation is completed and returned within agreed timescales.
- Work in an efficient manner that delivers value for money; identifying efficiencies, gaps in service delivery and communicating them to line management.
- Use information available to identify customer needs and ensure services are tailored to meet those needs.
Applicant Requirements:
- Educated to a Academic Degree Level or equivalent or a significant level of experience relevant to the post.
- Recent experience.
- Experience of supporting a team according to available resources and skill levels and working co-operatively with others.
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of licensing
- Good organisational skills
