Randstad Education are currently recruiting for an experienced HLTA for a long-term opportunity in a Flintshire Secondary School. The role is to start in September 2024 and ongoing for the academic year. Experience with ALN is essential for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Supporting pupils with ALN on a 1:1 basis.
- Supervising break and lunchtimes.
- Helping the class teacher to set up the classroom for lessons.
- Covering lessons during PPA and teacher absences.
- Work closely with the class teacher to ensure that all pupils are making good progress towards learning objectives.
Requirements:
- HLTA qualification
- ALN experience
- Enhanced Child DBS (or willingness to apply)
