As a Recovery Worker at, you will:

  • Provide person-centred support to service users, enabling them to progress in their recovery journey.
  • Engage with external agencies to ensure holistic support for service users.
  • Coordinate and deliver group workshops and activities focused on promoting well-being and personal development.
  • Develop knowledge and understanding of resources available to aid recovery.
  • Collaboratively update, create, and review support plans and risks assessments.
  • Utilize strong communication skills to build rapport and trust with service users.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role within the health and social support sector.
  • Understanding of safeguarding and risk management
  • Valid driving license and access to a vehicle for work purposes
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
