Key Responsibilities of the Compliance Business Partner:
- Provide compliance support and advice to business areas as the initial point of contact
- Review and monitor Delegated Authority Agreements
- Maintain and update company compliance policies and procedures
- Develop and deliver compliance training for staff
- Support acquisition and integration activities, including due diligence
Required knowledge and experience for the Compliance Business Partner role:
- Solid understanding of FCA compliance, ICOBS, and SMCR regulations
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Experience in insurance broking or operational roles within an insurance brokerage
- Knowledge of Lloyd's processes and requirements
- Industry accreditation (e.g., CII/ICA) is advantageous
