UK Sales Manager.

I'm currently working with a high-growth company who specialise in the manufacturing of high-quality greenhouses, sheds, gazebos, pergolas, firepits, chimeneas, and garden furniture. This company currently generate a $20m turnover supplying into market-leading retailers in the USA such as Home Depot, Lowe's, and Sam's.

We're looking for an experienced sales leader to drive expansion into the UK market. You'll be working autonomously and leading the UK sales strategy, therefore a background of driving business development within the garden centre/outdoor retail/DIY retail market is essential. You will also be building a sales team around you where necessary, therefore leaderships skills are desirable.

Package: Base salary negotiable depending on industry experience + £30k to £50k OTE (uncapped) + £5k car allowance.

Employment benefits: 25 days (+ bank holidays) + 5% employer pension contribution.

Location: Home/field based – UK wide.

Duration: Permanent.

  • Presenting products to clients, understanding their needs, and creating proposals.
  • Conducting market research and analysis to identify industry trends and potential growth areas.
  • Keeping up to date with industry developments, attending trade shows, and networking events.
