Are you an experienced Dispute Resolution Partner or Senior Associate looking to take the next steps in your legal career. We are looking to recruit a highly experienced Senior Dispute Resolution to head a very successful and busy in-house legal team in the Manchester area.
The Dispute Resolution Partner will have a great understanding of Commercial Contracts, Debt Recovery, Property, Landlord and Tenant, Boundary Disputes, Shareholder and companies, professional negligence, Intellectual Property and Insolvency.
The candidate must have experience in managing junior team members, and strong business development skills.
The Ideal Dispute Resolution Profile:
- 6+ Years PQE
- Strong business development and networking exposure
- Able to manage and build out a Dispute Resolution team.
- Ability to work well within a close legal team.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Interpersonal skills
