As Business Centre Manager you will be responsible for the following tasks as part of the day to day running of the site,
- Marketing co working and serviced offices (including social media).
- Conducting viewings for the serviced offices and co working.
- Singing up licence agreements with new clients and renewals.
- Invoicing and collecting payments for co working and serviced office clients.
- Part time on reception (potentially 1-2 days a week).
- Dealing with general day to day tenant queries and customer service.
- Dealing with building maintenance matters.
- Organising regular events and community building, helping foster a connection and community within the building.
- Assisting of the on-site cafe business.
As Business Centre Manager you will have/be
- Skills and Experience in a similar role within property
- Energy and positivity.
- A drive to go over and above to give tenants an exceptional experience.
- An excellent communicator.
- Highly organised with a methodical approach.
