The difference you will make as a Head of Predevelopment
You will be responsible for the effective management of the predevelopment process including the land identification, pre-planning, planning, and mobilisation stages, and of the business's standard house type portfolio.
About you
We are looking for someone with
- Substantial experience in a house building pre-development (land, technical, commercial) management position within an established house building organisation.
- Proven ability to provide inspirational leadership.
- Experience of managing budgets.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and government regulations.
- Degree level or equivalent in a related discipline.
