7twenty Professional Search is partnering exclusively with the Alpha Group to appoint a Sales Executive for the Alpha Steel Storage division. Alpha Group is an award-winning, family-owned company and leading provider of office furniture and design led workspace solutions across the UK & Ireland. Alpha Office Furniture has a simple philosophy: it is all about quality furniture, inspiring design and outstanding customer service.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Sales Executive will carry out all aspects of sales and account management efficiently and effectively across a range of target and existing customers in order to drive growth and profitability. The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with key distributors and effectively negotiating product volumes and margin in line with business targets.
Experience
The successful candidate will be a driven and target orientated individual with excellent communication skills. They should possess the following experience and skills:
Essential Criteria
- Minimum 3 years experience in a field sales / account management position.
- Demonstrable experience managing and developing a network of distributors in order to drive sales and growth.
- Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets / KPIs.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies within a fast-paced and commercial environment.
- Full UK Driving License.
Desirable Criteria:
- Experience selling products within the office furniture sector.
- Experience of managing and submitting tenders and bids.
Location: Field based across the UK
