Description
- Oversee and manage the general accounting functions.
- Prepare financial statements and regulatory reporting documents.
- Ensure all financial operations align with company policies and regulations.
- Conduct detailed risk analyses and financial forecasts.
- Collaborate with external auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.
- Develop budgets and financial plans for the company based on research and data reports.
- Provide insightful information and expectations to senior executives to aid in long-term and short-term decision making.
- Lead and support initiatives to improve financial processes.
Profile
A successful Senior Accountant should have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the not-for-profit industry.
- Strong knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures.
- Excellent numerical skills, attention to detail and a strong analytical mindset.
- Exceptional computer skills, particularly with accounting software and digital spreadsheets.
Job Offer
