PE backed Construction business on rapid growth trajectory are recruiting a Finance Manager on a permanent basis. Salary £80,000 plus share options. The role is based in London (hybrid working available).
You will be working closely with the COO & CEO to create an efficient and value additive finance function.
Responsibilities
- Managing the day to day finance operations
- Managing financial data, including our financial model
- Prepare and post monthly accruals, prepayments and similar accounting entries. Act as the first point of contact for external auditors and accounting firms.
- Supporting the team in the budgeting and forecasting process. Leading analysis of monthly and quarterly numbers and making recommendations to the leadership team
- Continually identify risks and financial process improvements propose solutions where necessary and effectively drive change
- Dealing with working capital management and production of cash flow forecasts.
- Working closely with the leadership team on any fundraising process or other investor relations
- Build commercial analysis for assessing business performance and project profitability
