Job Description:
This role is based on-site at a large Secondary school in London. The role is to work with our client and the school to deliver ICT Service excellence to the staff and pupils of the school.
What you will be doing:
- Provide 1st and 2nd line customer facing and remote support.
- Making sure that all on-site service levels and key performance indicators are met along with the adoption of core ITIL disciplines: Incident, Problem and Change Management.
- Work with educational key stakeholders to ensure that their IT requests are being adhered to.
- Work with the school to lead and develop all aspects of the ICT system and to collaboratively work on an ICT strategy for the school.
What we are looking for:
- Someone with secondary or primary school education IT support experience.
- On-site support in an IT support role.
- Detailed knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems including, Windows 10 and Windows Server 2012/2016/2019 products. Commercial experience of Microsoft applications including Office 2016/2019, Office 365, Google Classroom and SCCM/MDT.
- A strong understanding of LAN/WLAN topologies in a support environment
