Responsibilities:
- Professionally represent our client's organisation by providing excellent customer service and maintaining a positive attitude when interacting with clients and customers.
- Receive, unload, and distribute incoming and outgoing deliveries efficiently and accurately.
- Handle customer inquiries both face-to-face and over the telephone, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.
- Keep the Loading Bay clean and organised, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
- Occasionally perform relief driving duties as required, supporting the smooth flow of operations.
- Utilise forklift trucks for various duties, ensuring safe operation and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Process archive files and track signature movements using the on-site system, contributing to efficient document management.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Loading Bay operations is preferred, though training will be provided.
- Knowledge of UK & international mailing arrangements is advantageous.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle complaints effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective interaction with a diverse range of individuals.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts to accommodate business needs.
- Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
