Juice is excited to be supporting a leading technology company based in Bath, seeking an IT Administrator to join their team.
DAY TO DAY:
- Manage inventory, logistics, and oversee the Employee Life Cycle.
- Set up accounts, prepare devices for new employees, and collaborate with HR and IT during employee separations.
- Provide white-glove service, assisting colleagues with new tools and features.
- Administer and troubleshoot IT systems across Macs, PCs, iOS, Android, Office 365, Zoom, Slack, and more.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure seamless IT operations.
- Assist with video conferencing and handle dynamic IT tasks.
- Continuously learn and embrace new challenges.
WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:
- Experience in IT support, ideally in a fast-paced, tech-focused environment.
- Proficiency in administering and troubleshooting a wide range of systems (Mac, PC, iOS, Android, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to learning.
- Ability to lift or climb on a ladder.
- Legal right to work in the United Kingdom.
