Are you a hardworking individual with a passion for maintaining kitchen cleanliness and supporting culinary operations? Join Exorno Recruitment and our hotel located in Hayes and Harlington as a Kitchen Porter and play an essential role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the kitchen.
Kitchen Porter Main Responsibilities (not limited):
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen, including dishwashing, equipment cleaning, and waste disposal.
- Support the kitchen team by handling deliveries, organising supplies, and assisting in basic food preparation tasks.
- Work efficiently to ensure the availability of clean dishes, utensils, and kitchenware for food service.
- Collaborate with the BOH team to maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment at all times.
- Adhere to health and safety standards while handling kitchen equipment and chemicals.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience as a Kitchen Porter or similar role is beneficial.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings. To start as soon as possible.
- Right to Work: All applicants must possess the right to work in the UK.
- Skills: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively with the kitchen team and maintain a positive attitude.
