Job Title: Water Hygiene Engineer
Location: Birmingham, West Midlands.
Salary / Benefits £24k - £36k + Training + Benefits
We have an opening with a reputable Water Hygiene / Legionella management company for a Water Hygiene Engineer to join their team in the Midlands region. You will be able to carry out water sampling, temperature monitoring, TMV servicing, failsafe testing, and flushing of little used outlets across Healthcare, Educational, Local Authority, Commercial and Leisure sites. This role would be beneficial for someone who is looking to join a continuously busy and expanding company who pride themselves on training their staff to a high quality. Our client can offer opportunities for overtime with generous overtime rates, allowing you to gain a considerable amount on top of your basic salary.

Experience & Qualifications:
" Experience carrying out various L8 compliance duties for a reputable Water Hygiene / Legionella Management company.
" Excellent knowledge of HSG 274 / ACoP L8 guidelines.
" Familiar with updating onsite logbooks.
" Excellent communication skills and able to manage workload in line with company leads.
The Role:
" Routine water sampling & temperature monitoring.
" CWST cleans and disinfections.
" Showerhead cleans and descales.
" Mains injections,
" TMV servicing and failsafes.
" Calorifier cleans and descales.
" Routine flushing of little used outlets.
" Updating onsite logbooks upon completion of work.
" Working in line with HSG 247 / ACoP L8 guidelines.
