Key Responsibilities
- Lead by Example: You will work hands-on with our learners while managing a team of tutors, employment coaches, employer consultants, and outreach officers.
- Performance Excellence: Drive successful delivery by meeting KPIs, targets, and deadlines.
- Stakeholder Relationships: Build strong connections with key stakeholders to ensure a steady flow of referrals into our programs.
- Compliance Champion: Ensure delivery compliance across internal and subcontractor provisions.
- Business Intelligence: Use data insights to manage performance against delivery plans.
- Customer-Centric: Provide excellent service and outstanding results within budget.
Experience
- Experience Matters: Supervisory or management experience in helping individuals achieve company and personal goals.
