I'm looking for a highly motivated individual to join one of my well-established estate agency clients as a Sales Progressor.
A quick look at the role:
In this role you will be liaising with vendors, solicitors, mortgage companies, surveyors, and other estate agents, then ensuring that sellers and buyers are kept fully updated. You will be vital to the process and boast exceptional communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with a variety of people involved in the sale, including solicitors, estate agents, mortgage brokers, and contractors.
- Check authority to exchange contracts, leases, or transfers, and ensure that documents are signed, scanned, and returned to solicitors.
- Resolve any issues that arise during the process, and negotiate completion timings
Skills and experience required:
- Outstanding customer care / customer service experience
- Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
