Job description- Graduate Account Executive

The Client Relationship Executive role will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

This position requires a commercially minded individual who can thrive in a high-pressure environment, supporting senior account managers with daily tasks while maintaining high standards of service. The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly organised, and have a keen eye for detail.

Key responsibilities- Graduate Account Executive

  • Support senior account managers in managing client accounts, ensuring timely delivery of projects and services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a key point of contact for day-to-day communications.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, reports, and presentations for clients and internal teams.
  • Monitor project timelines and budgets, ensuring all deliverables meet agreed deadlines and specifications.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and projects.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to provide insights and recommendations that add value to client strategies.
  • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, maintaining attention to detail under tight deadlines.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and strategy development for client campaigns.

Job requirements - Graduate Account Executive

  • Minimum 2:1 degree from a recognised university.
  • At least 1-2 years of commercial office experience, preferably in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while managing individual responsibilities effectively.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • A proactive attitude, with a willingness to take ownership of tasks and drive projects forward.
