Job Title: Senior Administrator

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm

Location: Redditch

Salary: Up to £29,500

Benefits: 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays, pension contributions and free parking.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our client, a well-established reputable industry leader based in Redditch. Our client is an SME that focus on investing in its employees, developing their expertise and skills. They are now looking for an experienced Administrator to join their team, who can keep up with a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The successful candidate will be proficient in multi-tasking, have fantastic organisational skills and will be able to demonstrate methodical administration skills with high levels of accuracy.

Duties include:

  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records, ensuring that all information remains current and correct.
  • Processing and reviewing the submission of weekly timesheets to confirm accurate data transfer for all employees.
  • Using Microsoft Excel to input and manage data.
  • Serving as the primary contact for any questions, managing incoming calls and responding to various email enquiries.
  • Ensuring that all administrative activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
  • Collaborating with managers and the broader team.
  • Assisting with the onboarding of new employees using company systems and conducting verification of their right to work documentation.

Skills and experience required:

  • Previous experience in an Administrative based role.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Meticulous in reviewing documents and data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Efficient time management.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Flexibility to adjust to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team, contributing to group objectives.
