Digital Systems Apprentice

Hireline have been providing plant and tool hire services to local councils, major construction companies, groundworks contractors, small builders and self-build clients since 2010. We are now seeking an enthusiastic apprentice to join the team at our new base in Macmerry Industrial Estate.

Vacancy description:

This is an entry-level role but a pivotal one, as you have the opportunity to grow as the business does!

  • You will become a key digital support staff member for our staff and clients, and an expert user of insphire - our system used for almost all daily tasks
  • You will have an advanced level of access so you can process orders, provide information, and investigate issues and queries
  • As the first point of contact, your role will be to support others in the organisation to understand specific features of these packages, and how to use them
  • Over the duration of your apprenticeship, you will become a super user with an expert level of knowledge which you will share with others across the organisation
  • Tasks include reporting, importing, exporting and collection of data, and invoicing
  • You will also support Marketing promoting the business through email and social media

  • Working knowledge of Office 365, Excel and Word - all other systems can be taught

Additional information:

  • Salary - £18,000 per annum
  • Working hours - 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 4:30 pm, 1 hour lunch
