Job Purpose
To deliver high-quality cleaning services across a portfolio of residential rental properties. This role supports property readiness between tenancies and contributes to tenant satisfaction and compliance with cleanliness standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete full deep cleans of properties after tenant move-outs and before new move-ins.
- Perform regular scheduled or one-off cleans for occupied properties as required.
- Clean all key areas including kitchens, bathrooms, appliances, flooring, and internal fixtures to a professional standard.
- Identify and report any damage, maintenance issues, or missing items to the property management team.
- Follow the company's cleaning checklists, procedures, and turnaround timelines.
- Use cleaning products and equipment provided by the company.
- Maintain accurate records of completed work and report any delays or access issues.
- Represent the company professionally in tenant-facing or landlord-facing situations.
Skills and Experience
- Previous cleaning experience, ideally in residential or tenancy cleaning.
- High attention to detail and a strong commitment to cleanliness and hygiene.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently or as part of a team.
- Good communication and basic reporting skills.
- Full UK driving licence (desirable, not essential).

- All necessary cleaning materials and supplies will be provided.
- Company uniform and PPE provided.
- Training and ongoing support will be available.
- This role involves travel between properties, and mileage reimbursement is available where applicable.
