Elevation Recruitment are excited to be working with a leading manufacturer in search of an Internal Sales Executive to join their machining division**.** As an Internal Sales Executive, you will play a vital role within the sales team, providing an outstanding experience and growing the current customer base.

The Role
- Producing estimates and quotations, often working with customer drawings
- Processing customer sales orders
- Answering telephone inquiries and providing exceptional customer service
- Liaising with suppliers for pricing, availability of products
- Managing existing customer relationships and helping to generate new business
- Following up on key quotations and leads generated through the company's website
- Providing technical assistance to customers, ensuring they choose the correct product specifications for their needs
- Collaborating closely with sales and production teams
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year sales experience
- Manufacturing or machining background is desirable but not essential
- A proactive and customer-focused individual
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to learn and pick up technical knowledge
